Scripture Luke 5:12

'Sir,' he said 'if you want to, you can cure me'.

Observation

A very humble prayer,not asking anything of Jesus, but placing himself completely in his hands. Of course Jesus wanted to just as he want to cure all of us.

Application

Can I trust God as fully? Can I place myself in His care without demanding anything?

Prayer

Lord, help me to trust you. To trust that you truly love me and want what is best for me. Help me to live in that trust, believing that if I do you will look after me. Amen!
